Ski vacation in Koessen - tyrolean "Kaiserwinkl"
In one of the snowiest regions of Tyrol
Skiing in Tyrol at a fair price - Why travel all the way to South Tyrol when you can find two modern and varied ski resorts just over the German-Austrian border in Tyrol? Families skiing with children in particular appreciate the child-friendly and affordable ski areas in Kaiserwinkl. But piste pros will also get their money's worth, with many a "black piste delicacy" to be found alongside the fantastic views. The Hochkössen, Zahmer Kaiser & Amberglift cable cars in Walchsee combine 37 km of pistes - 23 km of which are snow-covered.
The Reit im Winkl-Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski area in the border triangle of Tyrol, Salzburg and Bavaria is also just half an hour's drive away. Our ski bus also runs to this destination and you can take the gondola lift from Seegatterl to the Winkelmoos Alm and thus to the Bavarian side of the Tyrolean ski area Steinplatte/Waidring. 50 km of pistes and a fun park make the ski area a real experience and complement your skiing vacation in Kössen.
