Everything at a glance

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Up to 2 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner without payment of a cancellation fee.
2 months to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the accommodation price will be charged. From 7 nights before arrival and in the event of late arrival or early departure and especially during the Christmas/New Year period, 90% of the accommodation price will be charged.

Your request to cancel will become binding after your written cancellation request and our written confirmation.
For travel cancellation insurance we recommend the European Travel Cancellation Insurance www.europaeische.at.

Beauty appointments and riding lessons can be canceled free of charge until 17:00 the day before.

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs. Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am. You are welcome to use the wellness area on the day of departure for a fee of € 18.00 (bathing bag incl. bathrobe, slippers and towels are available at the hotel reception). Late check-out: possible until 18:00, subject to availability;
€ 50.00 per person (without dinner).

Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of your written booking order. The bill must be settled on departure. Room numbers and floors cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking, your wishes will be taken into account as far as possible. This also applies to table requests.

Stays of less than 5 nights can only be accepted 4 weeks before arrival. The exact room category will be confirmed for stays of 3 nights or more. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies during public vacations and vacation periods. Especially over Christmas/New Year only bookings with arrival 21./22.12.2024 and departure: 02./03.01.2025 are possible.

You are welcome to pay your bill by EC card, VISA, Mastercard, in cash or by bank transfer in advance (no American Express and Diners Club). A deposit is not required.

We would like to point out that our rooms and suites are generally non-smoking rooms and that the entire dining area is also non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or in our Havana Lounge . We ask for your understanding that a special cleaning fee of € 150.00 will be charged in the event of non-compliance with the smoking ban in the room.

Your pet is very welcome to stay with us. Accommodation is possible on request and subject to availability for a fee of € 19.00 per day (without food), please bring your own dog blanket and basket. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in some suites / double rooms, in the dining room, in the à la carte restaurant, in the spa area and on the sunbathing lawn. We reserve the right to charge € 30.00 for any final cleaning that may be required (final cleaning is generally charged for 2 or more dogs). Any damage to the room caused by the dog will be charged.

We ask for your understanding that maintenance and construction work as well as work to cultivate the facility must be carried out during ongoing operations.
