In our Sauna-Almdorf you have the choice between a mildly stimulating alpine sauna, an 80°C to 90°C hot parlor sauna, a relaxing steam bath and an infrared cabin. Infrared improves the oxygen content in the body through deep radiant heat and oxygen ionization. Sauna enthusiasts will find a Finnish log sauna outdoors, which is open in both summer and winter.

The attractive alternative to the "conventional" organic or herbal sauna! Mild warmth, real herbs, warm wood and pine needles - a pleasure for young and old. Gently rising temperatures and bursts of herbal steam encourage intensive sweating without straining the circulation. In addition, pine needles on the floor gently massage the soles of the feet to stimulate circulation and spread a real "pine scent".
